Personally, I was a bit disappointed at the first few moments where they seemed to be carrying Ace to his death, with the flash backs of when he talked to Luffy as kids. I think they could've made those parts shorter, and give more focus to the insane amount of marines there, including reappearing characters such as Smoker, Tashigi, Hina and a few others in there.
Also :p Noticed how Hancock was the only shichibukai who seemed sad? XD
